Online Chemistry Tutoring IGCSE, A-Level & IB
We teach chemistry across British, IB, American and Indian curricula matched to your child’s exact syllabus, planned week by week, and reported back to you.
If the tutor isn’t the right fit, we replace them — at no extra cost.
Curriculas We Teach
We match to the specific board and level your child sits — not a generic course. Pick a route to see how we teach it..

Chemistry marks slip for a small number of fixable reasons
Chemistry punishes memorisation more than any other science. Almost every student we see who is working hard and not improving is working hard at the wrong thing.
Memorising instead of understanding
Reactions learned as lists work until the paper asks about an unfamiliar compound. Students who understand why a reaction happens can handle one they have never seen; students who memorised cannot.
Moles never properly landed
Almost every calculation in senior chemistry runs through the mole. When it was half-understood at 15, everything built on it stays fragile, and the student cannot say why.
Equations and states
Balancing, state symbols, ionic equations. Marks lost on presentation after the chemistry was correct, repeatedly, across a whole paper.
Organic treated as vocabulary
Mechanisms learned as arrows to copy rather than electrons moving for a reason. It works at 16 and collapses at 17, when the paper starts asking for unfamiliar mechanisms.
How Tuition Highway works
You don’t sort through profiles or chase a tutor. We run the match and stay accountable for it.
We match, not you
We assess curriculum, subject, level, weak areas and schedule first — then match one tutor built around that.
The same tutor, weekly
Continuity, not a rotating pool. Your child works with one tutor who knows exactly where they are.
Progress reported to you
You get regular updates on what was covered and what’s next — no wondering what happens in the session.
Not right? We replace them
If the fit isn’t working, we rematch at no extra cost. The match is our responsibility, not your family’s.

Reassurance built into every step
If the first lesson doesn’t feel like the right fit, we match another expert tutor at no extra cost.
Flexible learning plans
Schedules built around your child weekly or intensive, not a fixed slot.
Expert, vetted tutors
Qualified teachers, individually vetted before they ever teach your child.
Perfect tutor match
Matched by curriculum, subject, level and learning need then kept.
Progress you can see
Regular parent updates on what was covered and what comes next.

Questions parents ask
My child revises constantly but the grade will not move. Why?+-
Nine times out of ten it is memorisation without understanding. Chemistry papers deliberately use unfamiliar examples, which defeats recall and rewards reasoning. The first session will tell you if that is what is happening.
Which boards and curricula do you cover?+-
Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel IGCSE, AQA GCSE, A-Level, IB MYP and Diploma, American high school and AP, and CBSE.
Can you help with practical work?+-
We cover the theory, method and question types around required practicals, and the data-handling they test. The practical itself is done at school.
Do you help with coursework or internal assessments?+-
We coach, question and give feedback — never write or edit submitted work.
Is chemistry harder than the other sciences?+-
Not harder, but less forgiving of gaps. Its topics stack more steeply, so an unclosed gap from a year ago shows up faster than it would in biology.
